The estate is located in the protected area of Transcarpathia, without any neighborhood with a radius of at least 2 km. There are 9 rooms: 4 balcony rooms in the chalet, 2 view rooms in the chalet, 1 two-room in the chalet, 2 rooms with a terrace in the cottage. It can accommodate a total of 20-30 people.
There is a large space for classes and meditations on the territory of the estate. It is equipped with stereo acoustics, heating, sports equipment.
The estate is located in a real place of power, between two mountain rivers and a waterfall. There are 2 tubs, a sauna, and summer terraces. Ideal for solitary rest and fulfillment.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
You can rent the entire estate, which includes 6 double rooms in the chalet, 1 two-room apartment with private entrance, and 2 rooms in the cottage, as well as common areas.
The cost of rent is 17,400 UAH per day for all rooms.
The cost of a double room is 1800 UAH per day for two people. A two-room apartment costs UAH 3,000 per day for 4 people. An extra bed can be added to each room for UAH 500 per day.
In the New Year and May periods, a different rate applies.
There are 2 tubs on the territory. The cost of a spa in tubs is 700 UAH for a small tub and 800 UAH for a large tub per hour.
